Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented IT Billing Technician to join our team in Douala. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring payments related to life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process premiums and loans for life insurance policies
- Record cash receipts and prepare standing orders
- Monitor unpaid and unbilled policies
- Produce payment histories for premiums and loans
- Utilize invoicing software to manage billing data
Qualifications
- 2 years of higher education in Management or a related field
- 1 year of experience in a billing or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (French and English) is a plus
