Levels Guest Home is a warm and welcoming guesthouse situated in Petit Village Hadassah. We specialize in offering fully furnished apartments and are committed to providing our guests with a professional, friendly, clean, and relaxing atmosphere.

Position Overview

Levels Guest Home is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join his team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, handling front desk operations efficiently, and delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Manage the full check-in and check-out process.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.
• Provide guests with information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Assist housekeeping staff when required to maintain overall cleanliness and standards.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Advanced Level Certificate.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of French is a strong advantage).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Must reside in or around Simbock, Damas, or Mbalgong (Hadassah, Simbock, or Edzoa preferred).
