Dans le cadre du renforcement de leurs équipes commerciales, AfriLife Insurance et Afri-Insurance recrutent des Chargés de clientèle pour leur agence située à Douala, Bonapriso.

 Profil recherché

Les candidats doivent :

•  Avoir un niveau académique minimum BAC, toutes séries confondues ;
•  Avoir un sens relationnel très développé ;
•  Aimer la prospection et le contact humain ;
•  Disposer de bonnes capacités de négociation ;
• Avoir une aisance dans la communication ;
• Être ambitieux, autonome, rigoureux et déterminé ;
•  Avoir le goût du gain ;
• Avoir une bonne présentation physique et une excellente moralité ;
• Disposer de bonnes notions en techniques de vente ;
• Une première expérience satisfaisante dans la vente des assurances serait également un bon atout ;
• Être âgé(e) entre 25 et 45 ans.

• Position: Customer Service Officer
• Location: Douala – Bonapriso Branch

Profile Required

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification: GCE Advanced Level, in any field of study.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in prospecting and working with people.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ambitious, autonomous, rigorous, and determined.
• A keen appetite for success.
• Good physical appearance and excellent personal integrity.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques.
• Previous successful experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
