CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING is a state-owned contruction company with over 15 branches across the African Continent including Cameroon. We are in need of the following professionnals within the framework of the Ngaoundere – Tignere Road project
- Industrial electrician
- Excavator operator
- Auto Mechanic
- Compactor Operator
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
Requirements
- Technical GCE Advance Certificate or Equivalent, associate’s degree in electricity is desirable
- Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program, or journeyman experience
- Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical and regulations, able to understand schematics and other technical documents
- Must be able to handle physically-demanding tasks
EXCAVATOR OPERATOR
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience within the construction in industry
- 2 or 3 years’ experience operating an Excavator
- Excellent hand, eye and foot coordination
- Knowledge of Excavotor, other heavy equipment, road construction materials and road contruction processes
AUTO MACHANIC
Requirements
- Technical GCE Advance Level Certificate or equivalent, certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is desirable
- Proven experience as auto mechanic, excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods with the ability to handle various tools (e.g piliers) and heavy equipment (e.g, lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc
COMPACTOR OPERATOR
Requirments
- Training in heavy equipment operation with relevant experience particularly on a compactor
- Valid category G driver’s license
- Ability to read plans, work independently and in a team
- Autonomy and ressoucfulness, must be able to follow instructions and work under immense pressure
