La Puissante Action pour le Développement de la Kadey (PADK) est une organisation à but non lucratif dédiée à l’agriculture régénérative et au développement communautaire. Elle dispose d’une station de recherche en agriculture tropicale dénommée Tropical Agriculture Research and Training Station (TARTS) à Ngotto, localité de la région de l’Est du Cameroun.
Pour le premier semestre de l’année 2024, nous offrons aux étudiants en fin de cycle master en agriculture, un stage leur permettant de conduire des recherches et de rédiger leurs mémoires de fin de formation. Pour être retenu, voici les conditions à remplir:
Profil recherché
- Être inscrit en Master 2 dans une école d’agriculture (agronomie, production animale, production végétale ou tous autres domaines connexes) ;
- Être capable de conduire une recherche scientifique en laboratoire et/ou sur le terrain ;
- Être curieux et dynamique ;
- Faire preuve de flexibilité et de résilience ;
- Pouvoir travailler de façon autonome et en équipe ;
- Savoir rédiger des notes de synthèse, des rapports d’étude ou autres documents de suivi.
Le stage se déroulera sur le site de la TARTS, à Ngotto, dans la région de l’Est, département de la Kadey du 15 Janvier au 30 Juin 2024. Les candidats retenus bénéficieront d’un accès à une bibliothèque fournie, d’une connexion internet et d’une indemnité de stage.

Powerful Action for the Development of Kadey (PADK), is a non-profit organization dedicated to regenerative agriculture and community development. It operates a Tropical Agriculture Research and Training Station (TARTS) in Ngotto, in the East Region of Cameroon.
For the first semester of 2024, we are offering students at the end of their master’s degree in agriculture an internship to conduct research and write their final dissertations. To be considered, please meet the following requirements:
Profile required
- Be enrolled in a Master 2 program at an agricultural school (agronomy, animal production, plant production or any other related field);
- Ability to conduct scientific research in the laboratory and/or in the field;
- Be curious and dynamic;
- Flexibility and resilience;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to write summary notes, study reports and other follow-up documents.
The internship will take place at the TARTS site in Ngotto, Eastern Region, Kadey Department, from January 15 to June 30, 2024. Successful candidates will be provided with access to a library, an internet connection and an internship allowance.
