• Position: Collector
• Location: MUSIC Bafoussam (Opposite UCB Depot)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition – Identify and onboard new clients.

• Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong and professional connections with existing clients.

• Loan Portfolio Management – Follow up on loan repayments and manage client files.

• Sales and Promotion – Promote financial products and services to the target market.

• Market Research & Strategy – Analyze the market to improve service offerings.

• Customer Support – Assist clients and respond to their inquiries promptly.
