COLTECH Buea 2024: 1st & 3rd Year Admission Open

Public Notice from the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea announces that application forms for admission into the First Year and Third Year of the College of Technology for the 2024/2025 academic year are now accessible on the University of Buea’s official website: www.ubuea.cm.

Admission Requirements for the Entrance Examination:

• GCE “O” Level with at least four science subjects; and GCE “A” Levels in a minimum of two science subjects, including mathematics, further mathematics, or physics; OR
• Baccalaureat C, D, E, F1, F2, F3, or Brevet de Technicien (BT) in MISE, MAV, MEM; OR
• GCE Technical “O” and “A” Levels in relevant subjects corresponding to the chosen field of study; OR
• Any other qualifications deemed equivalent by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Application File Requirements:

• A completed online registration form, to be printed by Friday, 24th August 2024, from the University of Buea website: www.ubuea.cm;
• A certified true copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, issued within the last three (3) months;
• Certified copies of relevant academic certificates;
• A non-refundable payment receipt of 20,000 FCFA for the examination, deposited into the following account:

All documents should be placed in a sealed A4 envelope and submitted at the Examination Centre on the examination day. The candidate’s name and the program they are applying for must be clearly indicated on the envelope.

The deadline for registration is Friday, 24th August 2024.

The written examination is scheduled for Thursday, 29th August 2024.
