Le Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle (MINEFOP), à travers le Programme C2D – Formation Professionnelle, lance un appel à candidatures pour la sélection et la formation des jeunes dans le cadre du projet d’appui aux priorités pour la formation professionnelle et l’insertion des jeunes dans les domaines de l’agriculture et de la transformation alimentaire durable.
Les formations concernent les métiers de Maraîcher en Permaculture Connectée (MPC) et de Transformateur et Distributeur des Produits Végétaux en Ligne (TDPVL).
Profils recherchés
1. Maraîcher en Permaculture Connectée (MPC)
Les candidats doivent :
- être âgés de 17 ans au moins ;
- être titulaires du CEP ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
- jouir de toutes leurs facultés mentales ;
- être aptes à pratiquer l’agriculture ;
- démontrer une maîtrise de quelques outils des Nouvelles Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (NTIC).
2. Transformateur et Distributeur des Produits Végétaux en Ligne (TDPVL)
Les candidats doivent :
- être âgés de 17 ans au minimum ;
- être titulaires du BEPC ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
- jouir de toutes leurs facultés mentales ;
- démontrer une maîtrise de quelques outils des NTIC.
Pièces à fournir
Le dossier de candidature doit comprendre :
- une photocopie de l’acte de naissance ;
- une photocopie de la carte nationale d’identité ;
- une photocopie de la carte jeune biométrique de l’Observatoire National de la Jeunesse, le cas échéant, avec inscription via la plateforme www.onjcameroun.cm ;
- une photocopie du diplôme requis ;
- la fiche de candidature dûment remplie.

Les dossiers peuvent être déposés :
- dans les Délégations régionales et départementales du MINEFOP, pour les candidats hors de Yaoundé ;
- à l’USCP ;

Call for Applications: Training and Integration of Young People in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Processing
The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP), through the C2D Vocational Training Programme, is launching a call for applications to select and train young Cameroonians under the Project to Promote Vocational Training and Youth Integration in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Processing.
The training concerns the following trades:
- Connected Permaculture Market Gardener (CPMG)
- Online Processor and Distributor of Plant-Based Products (OPDP)
1. Connected Permaculture Market Gardener (CPMG)
Applicants must:
- be at least 17 years old;
- hold a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) or equivalent;
- be of sound mental health;
- be physically fit to engage in agricultural activities;
- demonstrate proficiency in basic Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
2. Online Processor and Distributor of Plant-Based Products (OPDP)
Applicants must:
- be at least 17 years old;
- hold a General Certificate of Education – Ordinary Level (GCE-O/L) or equivalent;
- be of sound mental health;
- demonstrate proficiency in basic Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
Required Documents
Applicants must provide:
- a photocopy of the birth certificate;
- a photocopy of the national identity card;
- a photocopy of the biometric youth card of the National Youth Observatory, where applicable, with registration through www.onjcameroun.cm;
- a photocopy of the required diploma/certificate;
- a duly completed application form.

Submission of Applications
Completed applications must be submitted no later than 3:30 PM on 6 October 2026 to one of the following:
- MINEFOP’s Regional and Divisional Delegations, for candidates outside Yaoundé;
- the USCP;
- the Obala Agricultural Institute (IAO);
- or by email to uscpc2dminefop@gmail.com.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview phase.
