Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant (01) to support our operations across Anglophone African countries, with a focus on expanding business opportunities and driving growth. The role involves:
- Business prospecting in multiple Anglophone African countries.
- Market analysis to understand regional opportunities.
- Competitor analysis to refine business strategies.
- Managing and expanding the network of existing distributors.
- Building strategic partnerships to enhance business reach.
- Overseeing inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
- Handling a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Developing the irrigation and fertilizer product lines.
- Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of higher education in commerce, sales, or marketing (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce.
- Exposure to or interest in the agriculture sector (related education or experience is a plus).
- Experience in e-commerce or tele-sales would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A goal-driven salesperson, passionate about achieving client satisfaction.
- A competitive mindset, thriving on success and closing deals.
