Job Description
We are seeking a talented Application Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our applications, ensuring a positive user experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to our users across various platforms.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address complex problems.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document support interactions and solutions in our knowledge base.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our applications and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in application support or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with smart mobility technologies.
- Previous customer support experience.
