As a Business Process Manager at Maviance PLC, you will play a pivotal role in our success. You will lead the charge in identifying, optimizing, and innovating business processes across various functions to achieve our strategic objectives. This involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of departmental procedures, with a focus on quality and results. You will be a bridge between functional and process-driven approaches, ultimately enhancing value creation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design/implement improvements to streamline operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to align processes with strategic goals and ensure effective implementation.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead or support key projects related to process redesign, automation, or new system implementations.
  • Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies by providing training and communication to relevant stakeholders.

Reporting Structure:

The Business Process Manager will report directly to the Director of Strategic Projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Critically evaluate and enhance existing business processes, developing comprehensive documentation for undocumented workflows. Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Efficiency Champion: Analyze and identify opportunities for process streamlining to boost team productivity. Collaborate with leadership to implement impactful enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Execute intricate transactional tasks across departments, ensuring seamless customer and system interactions.
  • Change Agent: Partner with the Head of Department and General Management to identify and address critical process gaps, acting as a catalyst for positive change initiatives.
  • Quality Advocate: Leverage quality improvement methodologies to lead cross-functional project teams, driving enhancements in business processes and overall operational excellence.
  • Strategic Consultant: Provide expert guidance and challenge cross-functional teams to optimize process performance, impacting product delivery, growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analyst: Collaborate with the Head of Department to assess team forecasts and pipelines, identifying and resolving obstacles to operational success.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop systems and reporting recommendations to support all business aspects. Establish robust metrics to gauge operational effectiveness across segments and the broader organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement industry best practices and function as a strategic advisor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Resource Management: Contribute to the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in managing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience within a technology company, financial institution, or consulting firm is highly desirable.
