Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle management
- Monitor fuel usage and mileage to assess consumption and efficiency
- Develop and optimize routes for efficient transportation
- Generate reports on vehicle performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and total cost of ownership
- Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify potential savings
- Prioritize driver safety
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time tracking of vehicles
- Provide excellent customer support
Qualifications:
- Completed training or studies in logistics, transport management, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English (German language certificate required)
- Prior experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
- Foundational knowledge of transport and logistics management
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
