Job advert: Machine operator

SUNDA CAMEROON, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Factory Machine Operator

PLACE OF WORK: DIBAMBA, CAMEROON

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Be between 21 and 35 years old
• Be Cameroonian
• Have at least a GCE A Level +2 in any field related to Mechanical Engineering
• Have at least one (01) year working experience in a related activity
• Speaking Chinese is a plus

THE MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION

• • Responsible for the management of the local machine workers’, including the arrangement and organization of team personnel, training, etc…
  • According to production demand, be responsible for starting the machines, making necessary adjustments to make it run smoothly, shutdown the machine

• Responsible for performing spot inspection and maintenance of the machine
• Responsible for material check after shutdown of the machine
• Responsible for material control, handling and tracking of abnormal material costs
• Responsible for checking the quantity of finished goods produced

QUALIFICATION

• Good coordination and intercultural communication skills
• Ability to use IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Ability to write reports
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse, judge and plan
• The use of Chinese is a plus
