Olam agri is recruiting a Management Information Systems (MIS) Assistant – Grains.

- Reporting To: MIS Supervisor – Grains
- Contract Type: Short-Term Contract (Graduate Position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing and release of grain sales and delivery orders
- Accurate and efficient preparation of daily grain sales and stock reports
- Regular distribution of grain delivery reports to relevant units
- Support the implementation and execution of systems and processes, ensuring operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues related to sales orders
- Verify customer signatures against identification documents and report any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service to the sales team, addressing queries and concerns
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
