JOB OPENING AT SOTRABUS: MARKETING OFFICER NEEDED
Role Overview:
Our team is seeking a Marketing Officer to contribute to the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility and reputation of our products and brand. Working closely with sales and operations, you will help drive impactful marketing campaigns, conduct thorough market analysis, and leverage insights to capitalize on emerging trends. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Manager, this role is integral to advancing our group’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials and provide support for their initiatives.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint potential customers and recognize market trends.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote group products and enhance brand image.
- Manage the group’s online presence, including regular updates to the website and social media accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Previous experience in a marketing role (1-2 years).
- Ability to work independently within an organization and under pressure.
- Effective teamwork skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
