MEDIA STRATEGY DIRECTOR – CAMEROON
REPORTING TO: Managing Director with a dotted line to the Group Media Director
JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Media Strategy Director to join their Senior Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for leading all media strategy development and execution across clients and teams within Cameroon.
With digital media becoming increasingly central to our clients’ budgets, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all media channels, including traditional media (ATL).
The Media Strategy Director will lead a team of media and digital strategists and planners, fostering robust relationships with clients and partner agencies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Education: A respected degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Certifications: Up-to-date Google and Meta certifications.
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual (English and French).
- Background: Experience in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Experience: At least 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field, preferably as a Digital Media Strategist.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote.
- Research Skills: Experience in interpreting qualitative and quantitative media and consumer research.
