- Possession of a doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- A distinguished track record of academic and research accomplishments.
- Prior experience in administrative capacities within higher education, preferably in a leadership capacity with substantial exposure to analogous roles.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial acumen, coupled with the ability to inspire and galvanize others.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Insight into prevailing trends and hurdles within higher education.
- Familiarity with accreditation procedures and frameworks for ensuring quality assurance.
- Demonstrated dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusivity within educational settings.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and French.
