RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vehicle administration
- Fueling and mileage logging to analyze consumption and efficiency for each vehicle
- Route planning and optimization, taking traffic conditions and distance into account
- Generating reports on vehicle performance, including fuel costs, maintenance expenses, and total cost of ownership
- Thorough analysis of operational expenses to identify potential cost reductions
- Driver safety and customer assistance
- Real-time GPS tracking of vehicle location and movement
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
PROFILE:
- Completed education or training in logistics, transportation management, or a similar field
- Prior experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
- Fundamental understanding of transportation and logistics management
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
