About the Role

On behalf of his client operating in the paint industry, Bassagal Consulting Africa is sessking two (02) dynamic Sales Executives to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to uncover business opportunities and assess customer requirements.

• Proactively generate new leads via cold calling, networking, digital channels, and other outreach strategies.

• Visit clients regularly to drive sales and maintain strong relationships.

• Negotiate deals, address objections, and resolve customer concerns.

• Provide technical, marketing, and sales assistance to customers.

• Deliver product demonstrations and conduct training sessions for end-users and partner staff.

• Collect and report customer feedback and complaints to relevant departments.

• Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on sales performance and market activities.

• Monitor inventory levels at the distribution center and provide weekly updates on stock status and aging; initiate restocking based on demand forecasts and client requests.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

• Prior experience in the paint industry or a closely related sector is highly desirable.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

• Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.

• Strong grasp of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market dynamics.

• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and driven by results.
