Position Overview: Account Manager – Corporate Partners
To support this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee and grow key relationships within our Corporate Partners segment. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Partners, this role is instrumental in nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Account Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Technology, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and long-term retention.

Act as the main point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Monitor and report on account performance while collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and evolving client requirements.
Candidate Profile
-
Proven experience in managing corporate accounts, preferably within FinTech, digital payments, or financial services.

Familiarity with Maviance’s product suite and digital payment solutions is an advantage.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver measurable results.

Experience in project follow-up and performance tracking using clear KPIs and reporting tools.

Skilled in planning activities and working cross-functionally.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and emerging AI tools.
