Position Overview: Account Manager – Corporate with Platform Segment

To support our strategic expansion, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Corporate with Platform team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Segment Head and play a critical role in managing relationships with key corporate clients—particularly those operating websites and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for promoting our API-based collection and payment solutions, facilitating seamless integration, and ensuring optimal client experience and satisfaction.

Maviance PLC is recruiting for the needs of its services in Cameroon 01 Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with businesses that manage websites or eCommerce platforms, focusing on their integration with our API-based services.

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and deployment, and ensuring smooth operations post-implementation.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and long-term retention.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, delivering insights and updates to the Segment Head.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs in the digital payments and eCommerce space.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally within the fintech, eCommerce, payment aggregation, or financial services sectors.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems and manage client relationships effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple accounts and generate new business opportunities.

  • Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and producing activity reports.

  • Comfortable using productivity software (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM/ERP tools.
