Job Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. The role involves scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and supporting daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure that all office equipment is in working order.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions to enhance office efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Corporate Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
