Prudential Beneficial Insurance is seeking a dynamic Recruitment and Training Coordinator.
- Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term (CDD)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agency managers to design and implement strategies for enhancing recruitment sources and channels.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for agency staff to optimize performance and skill development.
Key Activities:
- Partner with agency managers to execute growth plans and foster a motivating environment for agency expansion.
- Contribute to the establishment of effective recruitment guidelines for both agency and broker channels.
- Spearhead recruitment campaigns and incentive programs to facilitate agencies in achieving recruitment goals and deadlines.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of agency-specific training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements for agencies and tailor programs accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry and non-life insurance products.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in instructional design and delivery techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of higher education in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years) is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Trainer certification is a plus.
