Position Overview

Striving For All (SFA) is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AI and BI Instructor to join his team in Douala on a part-time contractual basis. This role involves educating high school students in the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence through interactive and hands-on instruction. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, adept at simplifying complex topics, and eager to inspire the next generation of innovators.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and comprehensible lessons on core AI and BI concepts tailored for high school learners.

• Design and implement practical activities and real-life case studies that demonstrate the application of AI and BI in everyday contexts.

• Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback to support learning progress.

• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure alignment with SFA’s overall curriculum framework.

• Stay current with industry developments to incorporate the latest trends and innovations into lesson content.

• Create an inclusive, encouraging, and dynamic classroom environment that fosters student participation and confidence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence.

• Prior teaching or mentorship experience, particularly with high school-aged students, is highly desirable.

• Strong ability to break down complex technical material into accessible and engaging instruction.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Competency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Previous training or instructional experience is a plus.

• Fluent in English with a professional level of proficiency.
