HUAWEI is recruiting for it’s service needs an Application & Software Engineer (M/F).
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer, account, and subscriber background tables and their relationships.
- Oversee new subscriber workflows in the CRM system, covering prepaid, postpaid, and fixed-line subscribers.
- Handle customer information management within the system.
- Manage and maintain the billing system workflows and associated background tables.
- Configure price plans and manage related background tables.
- Utilize Oracle SQL, including DDL and DML operations, to manage data.
- Integrate CRM systems with core network elements such as HSS and PCRF.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in laptop operation and general computer skills.
- Demonstrate a strong learning ability and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.

- Awareness and adherence to network security best practices.
Position Profile:
- Expertise in GPTO system billing and CRM system configuration, including understanding of background table relationships.
- At least a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunication engineering projects, with a solid technical background.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
