About the Role

RHB Banking Group is currently looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join the Retail Client Services team at RHB Asset Management. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our retail clientele. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing client interactions, and supporting various service-related initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and process efficiency across the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day servicing of retail clients, ensuring all transactions are executed promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to client inquiries, address complaints, and handle feedback across multiple communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, including conducting KYC checks, verifying documentation, and ensuring successful account setup.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Operations, Compliance, and Sales—to address and resolve client needs.
  • Ensure all client servicing activities adhere to applicable regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
  • Track service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of service initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to maintain high service standards.
