Your Mission:
Accelerate cryptocurrency adoption in the Francophone market by crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the audience.
Your Impact:
- Design and implement product-focused campaigns, content marketing strategies, social media engagement, and affiliate partnerships to drive user acquisition.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with strategic marketing partners, experiment with channels, refine audience messaging, and ensure accountability for spending.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns, from initial strategy and briefing to performance measurement.
- Establish a robust paid and organic experimentation framework, encompassing creative, app store optimization, and landing page optimization, to enhance ROI.
- Lead retention marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
- Contribute to shaping the Binance brand in key Francophone markets.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
Your Expertise:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in Fintech/B2C mobile, community-driven brands, or Web3.
- An execution-oriented mindset with the drive, humility, and resourcefulness to achieve results.
- A keen interest in and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and technology.
- Fluency in written and spoken French (essential).
- Ability to work independently.
- A university degree in Marketing (preferred).
- Strong coordination skills and a strategic marketing mindset.
- Familiarity with online and offline marketing channels, including social media, community management, and event management.
- Demonstrated experience in growing and managing a user base.
