We Are Hiring: Branch Manager (Centre Region)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the Centre Region. If you have the passion, skills, and expertise to lead, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, your role will include:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to design and implement the bank’s business development strategies.

1. Customer Relations and Marketing:

• Foster positive customer relationships.
• Plan and execute effective marketing strategies for new and existing products.

1. Networking:

• Build strong professional networks to support branch growth.

1. Staff Management:

• Ensure high levels of discipline and performance among branch staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees.

1. Branch Operations:

• Manage key areas such as Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, and Operations.

1. Market Analysis:

• Identify and act on new market opportunities in the trade area.

1. Performance Oversight:

• Regularly review and enhance the branch’s operational and financial performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Educational Background:
  1. A Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Experience:
  1. At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Language Skills:
  1. Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Leadership and Analytical Abilities:
  1. Exceptional analytical skills.
  2. Proven track record of achieving goals under pressure.
  3. Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
• Personal Attributes:
  1. A self-motivated, results-oriented personality.
  2. High levels of integrity and professionalism.
  3. A collaborative approach with the ability to inspire respect.
