We Are Hiring: Branch Manager (Centre Region)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the Centre Region. If you have the passion, skills, and expertise to lead, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, your role will include:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to design and implement the bank’s business development strategies.
- Customer Relations and Marketing:
- Foster positive customer relationships.
- Plan and execute effective marketing strategies for new and existing products.
- Networking:
- Build strong professional networks to support branch growth.
- Staff Management:
- Ensure high levels of discipline and performance among branch staff.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees.
- Branch Operations:
- Manage key areas such as Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, and Operations.
- Market Analysis:
- Identify and act on new market opportunities in the trade area.
- Performance Oversight:
- Regularly review and enhance the branch’s operational and financial performance.
Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background:
- A Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Language Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Leadership and Analytical Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven track record of achieving goals under pressure.
- Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
- Personal Attributes:
- A self-motivated, results-oriented personality.
