AVICENTER is an innovative and rapidly expanding international financial services company, specializing in bank guarantees for students. We provide international students with a simple, fast, and secure way to demonstrate their financial resources in order to obtain a student visa for France.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Call Center Agent for a 3 to 6-month internship, with the potential to transition into a permanent contract (CDI) upon successful completion.
Job Description
- Handle inbound calls from prospects and existing customers.
- Offer phone support and guidance to English-speaking prospects outside Cameroon.
- Promote and sell bank guarantee services via phone in alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
- Manage customer complaints professionally, via both phone and email.
Required Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Bilingual, fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Energized, always smiling, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Proficient in IT tools and technology.
- Experienced in telesales or after-sales support, with a strong understanding of customer relations.
- Well-presented, with clear diction and a professional demeanor.
- Empathetic, passionate about helping people and providing top-notch service.
- Organized, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong in problem-solving, with the ability to analyze and address issues quickly.
- Able to handle stressful situations effectively, maintaining composure during high-pressure moments.
- A team player, valuing team spirit and collaboration.
