The Goethe-Institut Kamerun is recruiting a Communication Facilitator to drive engagement and outreach for the “Living and Working in Germany” project in Cameroon. This freelance contract opportunity commences on June 12, 2024, with an initial duration through June 30, 2025, and a potential extension until February 28, 2028.

Scope of Work:
The Goethe-Institut Kamerun seeks a dynamic Communications Specialist to spearhead outreach for the “Living and Working in Germany” project. The selected candidate will:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy in collaboration with the project coordinator.
- Distribution Network: Identify and secure optimal physical and digital distribution channels across Cameroon, with emphasis on Bertoua, Bafoussam, Douala, and Yaoundé.
- Content Dissemination: Execute multi-channel campaigns to distribute project materials effectively, both online and offline.
- Evaluation: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize reach and engagement.

Eligibility:
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Demonstrable expertise in communications/marketing, with at least 3 relevant work samples.
- Distribution: Proven experience with digital and physical distribution of promotional materials in Cameroon.

- Distribution expertise (30%)
