Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Coordinator – Product & Services Implementation and IT Enablement (Marketing) to join our team in Douala. In this role, you will support the design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of innovative products and services tailored to our customer segments, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Service Management

  • Develop and evolve segment-specific products, services, and promotional offers.

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle — from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and ongoing performance optimization.

  • Ensure adherence to internal product development frameworks and lifecycle processes.

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of product messaging across all channels.

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Analyze customer insights and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating potential technologies and service innovations.

  • Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and product impact.

Customer Experience & Process Improvement

  • Continuously monitor and refine existing services to meet evolving market needs.

  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and behavior to inform product and service enhancements.

  • Support the scoping, testing, and implementation of new systems or service improvements.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product development, software engineering, business analysis, or portfolio management, ideally within the telecommunications sector.

Technical & Functional Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of mobile technology and telecom trends.

  • Familiarity with MTN’s service offerings and digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and product lifecycle strategies.

  • Proficiency in both French and English is required.
