- Executive Role: Experts in people management across strategic business decisions.
- Audit Role: Ensuring organizational compliance with legal mandates and best practices in employment policies.
- Facilitator Role: Providing close support and guidance to enhance organizational objectives through proficient employment practices covering Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, and Health and Wellbeing.
- Consultancy Role: Offering specialized advice on workforce management, employee relations, and performance.
- Service Role: Keeping the organization abreast of and prepared for developments impacting employment matters, including legislative changes and shifts in the labor market landscape.
