Triad Research Foundation (TRF) is a research-oriented organization committed to advancing research standards in Cameroon and beyond. We are currently seeking a motivated Data Collector Specialist to join our team in a pivotal project aimed at improving the quality of care for children with motor disabilities and cerebral palsy in Cameroon.
Position Summary:
The Data Collection Specialist will play a crucial role in gathering accurate and reliable data to inform decision-making and drive positive impact. This position involves conducting on-site surveys and interviews, utilizing data collection tools and technologies, and collaborating with the research team to ensure the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meticulous on-site surveys and interviews to collect pertinent data.
- Leverage data collection software and technologies to streamline the process.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of collected data.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
- Prior experience in data collection, research methodologies, or related fields is desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel for data collection purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
