Position Overview

Striving For All (SFA) is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join his team on a part-time contractual basis. This role is essential in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives that enhance our online presence, drive community engagement, and support our advocacy and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled in content creation and analytics, and passionate about leveraging digital tools to advance social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of SFA’s programs and campaigns.

• Manage and regularly update SFA’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) with consistent, high-impact content.

• Create compelling multimedia content—including articles, visuals, and videos—tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.

• Lead the development of email marketing initiatives, such as newsletters and campaign updates, targeting donors, partners, and supporters.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across all digital platforms to optimize future campaigns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with communication and program teams to align messaging and marketing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Support paid digital advertising efforts to boost fundraising and awareness initiatives.

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and digital best practices to ensure SFA remains on the cutting edge of nonprofit marketing.

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely relevance.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media strategy, email campaign management, and content development.

• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content tailored to varied audiences.

• Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.

• Proficient in analytics tools and basic SEO practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

• Previous experience in nonprofit marketing or a strong interest in social impact work is highly desirable.

• Fluency in English at a professional level is required.
