Position: Financial Supervisor
KM INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Financial Supervisor to join its team in Douala. If you have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with excellent analytical and leadership skills, this opportunity is for you.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) and advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Managerial experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent financial reporting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support decision-making.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with internal and external audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to enhance performance.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Maintain timely submission of financial statements.
- Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
