TELEINFRA CAMEROON is seeking a highly qualified and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and implement his HR strategy in alignment with his company’s vision and ambitious growth plans.

• Location: Douala, Cameroon
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree (M1 & M2) in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and training
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and HR compliance standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a significant advantage
