Epena Law firm is a Private Equity specialised international law firm with it’s head office in Douala Cameroon and branches in London, Paris and Nigeria with rooted knowledge in Venture capital, Company law, M&A, and Business law to name a few.

We are a business law firm specialised in Private equity, company law, M&A, and Venture capital to name a few. We expect the recruit to be proactive, a selfstarter, analytical, dynamic, a critical thinker in performing required tax.
PROFILE
Being a legal assistant and a holder of atleast a bachelor’s degree in law, management, or a program training for the post of an assistant.
Dispose of significant practicing experience in a law firm or in an institution for atleast 01 year.
Having a good mastery of spoken and written english will be required to evolve in the international sphere.
