About the Role
As a Senior M&A Officer, you will be a key player in Enko Education’s mission to revolutionize African education. You will lead end-to-end acquisition processes, from identifying potential targets and negotiating terms to conducting due diligence and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Origination: Identifying and evaluating promising schools for acquisition, collaborating on term sheets, and building the investment case.
- Execution: Driving the entire deal process, including due diligence, legal documentation, and securing financing.
- Socialization: Building consensus and momentum within the organization, ensuring timely execution, and supporting the development of Enko’s M&A capabilities.
- Strategy: Contributing to the refinement and expansion of Enko’s M&A strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
