Join our dynamic Africa Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving cryptocurrency adoption across the Francophone market. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll craft and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, shaping the Binance brand in this key region. Fluency in French is essential for this role.
Your Impact
- User Growth: Spearhead initiatives to acquire new users through innovative product offerings, engaging content marketing, impactful social media campaigns, and strategic affiliate collaborations.
- Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with key marketing partners, identifying and experimenting with new channels, refining audience messaging, and ensuring accountability for marketing spend.
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial strategy and briefing to meticulous performance measurement and optimization.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Build and refine a robust experimentation framework across paid and organic channels, including creative assets, app store optimization, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI.
- Retention: Own and enhance retention marketing strategies, developing lifecycle campaigns that nurture and engage existing users.
- Brand Building: Play a key role in shaping the Binance brand perception in key Francophone markets, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Performance Analysis: Provide data-driven insights on campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations.
Your Expertise
- Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing, ideally within the fintech, B2C mobile, community-driven brand, or Web3 sectors.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong bias for action, demonstrating the humility, drive, and resourcefulness to achieve ambitious goals.
- Crypto Enthusiast: A genuine interest in and understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader tech landscape.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken French is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Acumen: A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
- Digital & Offline Expertise: Familiarity with a wide range of online and offline marketing channels, including social media, community management, and event management.
