Position: Marketing Officer – Education Sector
The Bridge International School (TBIS) is seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the education sector, outstanding digital marketing skills, and the ability to deliver powerful, mission-aligned campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Enrollment Growth

Design and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights

Develop and implement strategies to boost student enrollment

Communicate the school’s unique value proposition to prospective families

Lead targeted digital marketing initiatives (SEO, PPC, social media, email)

Organize community engagement activities (open days, school fairs, feeder school outreach)
2. Education Ecosystem Expertise

Demonstrate deep understanding of curriculum frameworks and global education trends

Analyze parental decision-making in international/private education
-
Effectively position TBIS within a competitive educational landscape
3. Content Development & Communication
-
Create engaging content across various platforms (brochures, newsletters, videos, blogs)

Maintain clear and consistent messaging aligned with TBIS branding

Deliver compelling presentations to students, parents, and stakeholders
4. Career Counseling & University Integration
-
Align marketing with students’ post-secondary goals
-
Cultivate relationships with universities; leverage alumni success stories

Integrate university admission insights into marketing campaigns
5. Technology & Performance Measurement

Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, OpenApply), Google Analytics, and marketing platforms

Define KPIs, track marketing ROI, and optimize performance

Present actionable insights through clear, visual data reporting

Highlight boarding life via drone videos, virtual tours, and testimonials

Implement local and international digital advertising campaigns

Build trust through transparent communication on pastoral care, safety, and extracurricular life
Highly Desirable Attributes

Experience in international education marketing or educational consulting

Fluent in English and French

Background in launching new programs or boarding schools
Creative Content Strategy

Repurpose content: student blogs, alumni features, teacher spotlights

Frequently update website and social media with student-centered content

Promote school events, weekend programs, and community life to portray a holistic student experience
Candidate Profile

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
-
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (experience in a school setting is a plus)
