HUAWEI is recruiting for it’s service needs a Mobile Money Join Operation Officer (M/F).
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage marketing content operations, including user promotion, event marketing, and offline promotion initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong adaptability by quickly adjusting to new tools, processes, and environments.
- Identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Propose and implement innovative strategies that increase both efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with MOOV Money, competitor insights (Airtel), and current market trends.
- In-depth knowledge of MOOV Money functions, features, and its target user base.
- Ability to incorporate user feedback to continuously optimize the user experience.
- Digital analysis proficiency: skilled in tools such as Excel, SQL to analyze data, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
- Strong understanding of Huawei’s culture, demonstrating ambition, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent communication skills: able to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
Position Profile:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunication engineering projects, with a solid technical background.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
