Under the guidance of the Project Coordinator, the intern will:
- Participate in the execution of project field activities.
- Assist in monitoring project requirements across various support departments (Administration/Finance).
- Engage in project planning activities.
- Attend and contribute to various project meetings and discussions.
- Oversee the reception of project items and aid in the preparation of distribution plans.
- Take part in the project’s distribution activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of various project activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Assist in the setup, filing, and implementation of the P.O. file.
- Be ready to undertake any other tasks related to the project.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an individual with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or a related field, with relevant experience in similar tasks. As a Program Intern, you must possess strong communication and organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and in environments where security is a concern.
