Position Overview

Striving For All is currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support our digital communications team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and overall quality of our digital content across platforms—including our website and social media channels. This is a part-time, contractor position based in Douala, Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and test digital content before publication to ensure quality and consistency.

• Verify compliance with SFA’s content standards, including accessibility, accuracy, and visual coherence.

• Collaborate with web development, content, and marketing teams to identify and address issues.

• Conduct functional, usability, and performance testing on digital platforms.

• Perform regular audits to maintain optimal user experience and site performance.

• Log defects and generate detailed reports to guide troubleshooting efforts.

• Ensure all content aligns with organizational branding and strategic messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance for web and social media content.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant QA tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

• Prior experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is an advantage.
