Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Overview:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support management in directing and overseeing restaurant operations within the hotel, striving to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve financial success.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform the following duties to the highest standards:
- Supervise and Support: Oversee daily restaurant activities, schedule shifts, assign tasks, and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, offering assistance and feedback to ensure optimal results.
- Guest Interaction: Assist team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
- Quality Control: Manage and monitor product quality and service standards, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and controlling inventory levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets.
- Standards Compliance: Knowledge of food and beverage brand standards.
- Pressure Handling: Capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
