Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for agricultural innovation and operational excellence? SAASA B2E is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a cutting-edge Cacao Fermentation Center in Ntui, Cameroon, driving research, production, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site operations: fermentation, production, quality control, and team leadership
• Coordinate with stakeholders including local farmers, global teams, authorities, and international visitors
• Oversee financial performance and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or agricultural management (tropical environments preferred)
• Strong analytical and operational skills; experienced with SOPs, cost control, and process optimization
• Bilingual: fluent in English and French
• Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments
• Willingness to relocate full-time to Ntui

Bonus:

• Knowledge of Cameroonian agriculture
• Food safety certifications
