Position Summary
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a driven and organized Territory Sales Coordinator to strengthen our regional sales operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Agent Network, the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing sales processes, supporting client engagements, and enhancing revenue generation efforts within their designated territory.
Maviance PLC is recruiting for the needs of its services in Cameroon 01 Territory sales coordinator.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of regional sales strategies and action plans.

Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client presentations, and field visits.

Support lead generation and prospecting initiatives in assigned territories.

Maintain up-to-date client and pipeline records using CRM tools.

Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out region-specific campaigns.

Provide administrative support including tracking and reporting on sales performance.

Monitor and report on market trends and competitive landscape within the territory.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in sales support, account management, or inside sales—ideally in FinTech or financial services.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.

Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Solid understanding of FinTech trends and digital financial products.

Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales approaches.

Adaptability to fast-paced, tech-centric work environments.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
