CIBLE Rh IS RECRUITING a trainer.

MISSIONS

• Updating the knowledge and skills of the sales team
• Providing training on sales techniques for electronic and household appliances
• Learning and training promoters and sales staff
• Enhancing product knowledge
• Assessing and managing the skills of promoters

PROFILE

• Desired or mandatory qualifications (indicate if additional training is available)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling electronic devices and household appliances
• Field animation experience is required
• Excellent proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for developing training materials (PowerPoint/Word/Digital tools)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Thorough understanding of the features and functionalities of electronic devices and household appliances
• Good knowledge of the city of Douala
• Fluent bilingualism is required.

Experience: Mandatory

Proof of experience in training in electronic and electronic stores

1. Designing training materials for in-store sales representatives
2. Organizing face-to-face or remote training sessions

SKILLS
Practices & Techniques

1. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for developing training materials (PowerPoint/Word/Digital tools)
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
3. Proficient in the features and functionalities of electronic devices and household appliances
4. Experience in team management
5. Strong business relationship management skills

KNOWLEDGE

4. Proficient in office software
