K Hotel, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is seeking a Community Manager to join its Sales & Marketing Department.

Role Overview

The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, maintaining online customer relations, monitoring the hotel’s e-reputation, and collaborating with influencers to promote K Hotel and expand its online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize the hotel’s presence on social platforms.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong online interactions with customers and respond to inquiries.
  • E-Reputation Monitoring: Track and manage the hotel’s online reputation.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with influencers to increase brand visibility.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and generate insightful reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    1. Expertise in major social media platforms.
    2. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    3. Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual content creation tools.
  • Communication Skills:
    1. Strong writing skills with attention to spelling and grammar.
    2. Ability to craft concise, platform-specific content.
    3. Fluency in English and French.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    1. Customer-focused, with excellent listening and relationship management capabilities.
    2. Adept at engaging with influencers and building partnerships.
  • Personal Attributes:
    1. Creativity, curiosity, and adaptability.
    2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    3. Team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
    4. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
