• Position 1: Senior Sales Officer
• Location: Douala, Cameroon (Full-Time)
• Open to: Male or Female Candidates

Key Qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, or financial services with a strong track record of success (experience in SaaS or FinTech is highly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Strong network and deep understanding of Francophone African markets and the fintech ecosystem
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills in both English and French (Spanish or Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel across Africa

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Finance, or a related field
•  Basic understanding of the Francophone African business environment
• Effective communication skills in French and English (Spanish or Arabic is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and travel regionally
