VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – LOAN OFFICER

Alou Cooperative Credit Union Ltd (AlouCCUL), a Microfinance Institution (COOP-BOD), is inviting qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the position of Loan Officer at its Head Office Branch.

Alou Cooperative Credit Union Ltd (AlouCCUL), a licensed Microfinance Institution (COOP-BOD), is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Loan Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Bamenda, North West Region.

Educational Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or Accounting.

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in financial operations, including banking, credit and loan management, recovery processes, financial planning, microfinance legislation, and cooperative governance.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French.
• Strong background in loan processing and collection.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
